Thank you for your interest in becoming a Brand Ambassador for Lord Jameson! By submitting this form and participating in our program, you agree to the following:
Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have an active and public Instagram account.
• You must be based in the United States and actively feature your dog(s) in your content.
Content Requirements
• You agree to create original, high-quality content that showcases Lord Jameson treats in an honest and positive way.
• We may provide specific hashtags, themes, or posting guidelines, and you agree to follow those directions.
• Content should not promote competing brands during an active collaboration.
Usage Rights
• By sharing content with us or tagging our brand, you grant Lord Jameson permission to repost and use your content for marketing purposes (social media, website, email, etc.) with proper credit.
• You retain ownership of your content, but agree to allow Lord Jameson royalty-free use.
Compensation
• Compensation may include free product, exclusive perks, discounts, or paid campaigns. Details will be shared on a campaign-by-campaign basis.
• Participation does not establish any employment or contractor relationship with Lord Jameson.
Duration & Termination
• You or Lord Jameson may choose to end the partnership at any time without notice.
• We reserve the right to remove anyone from the program for any reason, including inappropriate content or lack of participation.
Code of Conduct
• You agree to represent the brand with respect, kindness, and honesty in all communications and content.
Liability
• You acknowledge that Lord Jameson is not liable for any issues, damages, or consequences related to your participation or product use.
