Note: This Leadership Institute Application is for the 2026 Leadership Institute Class.
Video Requirement:

All applicants must be:

A REALTOR®, REALTOR-Associate® or REALTOR® Association Executive.

A Women's Council National member in good standing.

Individuals who have completed the following will be given special consideration.

National Women’s Council member for at least 2 years.

Served at local network.

Attended at least 2 (in person) National Women's Council Conferences (Midyear, Network 360 or National Conference).

Application Agreement
I understand the purpose of the Women’s Council Leadership Institute, and if I am selected, I will devote the time and financial resources necessary to complete the program. I understand that by agreeing to this application I am committing to attend ALL in person and online sessions. This a 10-month commitment from February-November. This includes an application fee of $595 paid prior to December 1, 2025 and attendance at the following three meetings: a dedicated 2-day training event in Chicago, IL (covered by National Women's Council) in February or March 2026; the Midyear Meeting in Washington, DC (at your own expense) in June 2026; the National Conference in New Orleans, LA (at your own expense) in November 2026. Other meetings will be held via telephone or Zoom in between the meetings. Upon acceptance into the program you will be required to sign a Attendance & Absentee Policy and Women's Council Leadership Pledge.
