- Phoenixville Dice retains full creative rights to interpret, modify, and use the submitted ideas for both the commissioned piece and future designs, including for resale or promotional use.
- Submission of a design request does not grant the submitter exclusive ownership of the resulting dice design unless a separate, written exclusivity agreement is made.
- All physical dice produced, including custom commissions, remain the creative property of Phoenixville Dice.
