    • Please bring a 100 ft extension cord if you require electricity.
    • Each vendor must donate a prize of at least $15 in value.
    • Food vendors must obtain proper permits.
    • Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, and signage.
    • Barnes Park does NOT have WIFI available. Cellphone service can also be limited. Plan accordingly.

      • 🔸 Booth & Fees

        • Booth Size: 10’x10’
        • Early Bird Fee: $50 (if received by April 1, 2026)
          • Electronic payments are subject to a $3 processing fee
        • Regular Fee: $55 (after April 1, 2026)
        • Electricity Fee: $5 (if needed)
        • Each vendor must donate a prize of at least $15 in value
          • Please have item ready first thing in the morning when a volunteer will be coming around to collect, or please drop it off at the main booth with one of our volunteers there.
        • A free 10x10 booth is available for sponsors of $200 or more
        • Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, chairs, and signage
        • Food vendors must obtain the appropriate permits
      • 🔸 Setup Details 

        • Friday Setup: After 5:00 PM (at your own risk) – Please do not show up early as your space will not be ready and you’ll end up waiting around until 5. The Petoskey Stone Festival and Barnes Park Campground are NOT responsible for any damage that may occur should you choose to set up Friday night.
        • Saturday Setup: Anytime in the morning, must be ready by 9:15 AM. A volunteer will be available to direct you to your booth starting at 7:45am. Spaces will be marked with lawn paint with the number coordinated with the space number on the vendor map that will be emailed to you. PLEASE make sure you set up in the correct space!
        • If you park your vehicle in the field to unload, PLEASE unload efficiently and quickly!
          • Always be conscious about where you drive in the vendor area, so you do not run over another vendor’s property.
        • Vehicles and trailers MUST be unloaded and out of the vendor area by 8:45am!
          • DO NOT SET UP WHILE YOUR VEHICLE IS THERE TO UNLOAD. Please unload and then park your vehicle/trailer to the designated parking area BEFORE setting up.
        • If you are parked on another vendor’s booth space and they are waiting for you to unload, you must move immediately!
        • If a staff member asks you to move your vehicle, PLEASE be respectful and listen! IF you do not, you may not be asked to return as a vendor the following year.

        These policies are in place to make sure the festival runs as smoothly as possible! Please remember to always be respectful and courteous.

      •  🔸 Rules & Policies

        1. Booth spaces are limited to 10x10 ft. Non-profit educational booths are free. Electricity is an additional $5. Payment must accompany the application if required; if payment is not received with the application, your application will not be processed until it is received.
        2. Cancellations received in writing on or before April 19, 2026, are eligible for a refund.
        3. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds will not be made due to rain or if the vendor feels the event did not meet their expectations.
        4. This is a rain-or-shine event, and we’ll be there no matter what the forecast brings.
        5. Refunds on electricity due to weather will not be made. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own 50’-100’ extension cord depending on where your booth is located.
        6. Booths must be staffed during all festival hours.
        7. All vendor property (including tables/chairs/trailers/etc.) must stay within the assigned space. Handouts and brochures must be contained within a booth space (you may not walk around to distribute) and they must be approved by the Petoskey Stone Festival Committee prior to the festival.
        8. Sharing/subletting space requires prior written approval.
        9. The Petoskey Stone Festival & Barnes Park Campground are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
        10. This is a family-friendly event—please conduct yourself accordingly.
        11. No smoking near vendor booths, food areas, crowds, or activity zones.
