2026 VSO Resident Oral Presentations/Paper Abstracts

Virginia Society of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery

Resident Oral Presentation and Poster Submission
Our 2026 Annual Meeting will take place May 8 - 9, 2026 at the Greenbrier. The VSO invites you to submit an abstract for either oral & poster presentation to be considered for presentation in the program. The deadline for the 2026 program is January 5th, 2026 at 12:59 PM.

ABSTRACTS
Clinical and basic science research, clinical studies, innovative techniques, How I Do It, or case presentations will be considered for the program. Please note that presenting your work at the Annual Meeting does not preclude presentation at other conferences.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Abstracts can be submitted as either oral or poster presentations.

A first and second place prize will be awarded to the top two resident oral presentations, ($500 and $250 respectively) and a first and second place award will be given to the top two poster presentations ($150 and $50 respectively).
