Potential training dates
Cheer for fun 1 hour sessions. Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons
Tumbling - Sunday afternoons
Stretch Sessions - day tbc for the new season potentially a Sunday.
Novice Teams - 1 hour sessions per week - usually Sunday afternoons
Prep/Allstar - Training will either be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday 90/120 minute sessions per week
International training - Training will either be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday 120 minute sessions, every 2 weeks there is additional training.
