Please review the following before submitting your request:
A non-refundable Booking Fee is required at the time of confirmation to secure your event date. This fee is not a security deposit and will be applied toward your total rental cost.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event.
Cancellations:
30+ days’ notice: 50% refund of the rental fee (excludes the Booking Fee)
Within 30 days: No refund of the rental fee
All refunds exclude taxes and payment processing fees.
You may apply a refundable portion toward a future booking within 12 months (with written request).
Catering:
Catering orders require 72 hours’ notice.
A 50% Catering Prepayment is due at confirmation; 100% payment is due if booked within 72 hours.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the event may be charged in full for catering.
Insurance:
All events require liability insurance with $1M coverage.
You may provide your own or purchase event insurance through The Ellis Collective.
Proof of insurance must be submitted at least 10 days before the event.
Security: Required for events over 75 attendees or those deemed high-risk. Renter is responsible for submitting a security plan 10 days in advance.
Cleaning & Damage:
Renter is responsible for returning the venue to its original condition.
Additional cleaning or damage repair charges may apply.
Compliance:
Alcohol service requires a licensed bartender and proper permits.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal activity is allowed on the premises.
Event must follow all city noise ordinances and ADA regulations.
Force Majeure: If your event is canceled due to an unforeseen event beyond your control (weather, public emergency, etc.), your Booking Fee will be retained, but all other payments may be refunded or applied to a future date.
