Hot Rod Coalition, Inc., Valley Nationals, show producer, show manager, show judges & show personnel may not be held responsible for theft of, or damage to, vehicles or any artifacts on display at the event. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT, THERE NO REFUNDS. Exhibitor agrees to obtain insurance covering exhibitors vehicle, trailer, display and all belongings. The exhibitor assumes full responsibility for any loss/damage. In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate in the “Valley Nationals,” the undersigned participant agrees to indemnify Hot Rod Coalition Inc., Staff, event sponsors, vendors, City of Madera, committees, agents, employees and volunteers from and against any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, and/or losses that the exhibitor and guests (including family and relatives) may sustain or incur as a result of their attendance/participation in this event. Upon checking “I AGREE” you acknowledge that you have read all of the Hot Rod Coalition and “Valley Nationals” rules & regulations & agree to abide by them.
