Kid's Vendor Market Details & Terms
1. This special market day will be hosted on Saturday, June 28th 8:30am-11am at the Talihina Farmers Market space 104 Dallas St, Talihina OK (across from Choctaw Community Center).
2. Rain or Shine event unless lighting or dangerous forecast at which point we will make a determination and notify all parties via email.
3. Items must be created and sold by the child. No selling of items made by parents. No reselling of wholesale items. No selling on behalf of their parents or other family members, etc.
4. No raw foods or live animal sales. Fresh produce/plants are okay.
5. Homemade food items prepared off-site must adhere to the guidelines in the Homemade Food Freedom Act (click here)
6. Low risk food items prepared on-site such as lemonade, cotton candy, snow cones, etc. IS allowed. No food items that would require a food handlers license will be permitted for this event (i.e. meat or dairy- like typical food truck items).
7. Must provide a cash box with change, table and chairs.
8. If you have a tent/canopy for shade that is recommended to bring to set up as well as we have limited tent space otherwise.
9. Set up begins at 7:00am and the booth must be finished setting up by 8:15am on Saturday, June 28
10. Vendor booth MUST have at least one adult in it for the entire Market open hours which are 8:30am to 11:00am.
11. Vendor space must be left clean upon end of the market day and garbage removed. Trash bins are available on-site.
12. $5 fee is per vendor booth 10x10 space allocation and will be collected at the event.
13. Please notify the Talihina Farmers Market manager if you need to cancel your registration so we can make adjustments to vendor space assignments and plan this special day accordingly.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: NEITHER THE TALIHINA FARMERS MARKET, NOR THE TOWN OF TALIHINA, WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR ACCIDENT OR DAMAGE TO VENDORS ITEMS DURING THE EVENT. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS, SHOPLIFTING, CONSUMER SAFETY OR OTHER LEGAL VIOLATIONS WHICH MAY OCCUR REGARDS TO PRODUCT, PERSON, BOOTH HELP OR FAMILY MEMBERS.

VENDOR AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD TALIHINA FARMERS MARKET AND ITS OFFICIALS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY HARM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE OPERATION OF THE VENDOR, MAINTENANCE OF OPERATION OF VENDOR EQUIPMENT, OR CONDUCT OF VENDOR AGENTS.

VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE: Talihina Farmers Market may record this event and broadcast them on social media pages or our market website bit.ly/talihinafarmersmarket. Talihina Farmers Market also takes photography at each event and uses them for promoting and advertising. By registering for events, you understand and consent to your image and sound being included in video, audio, or photography taken by Talihina Farmers Market and that such media content may be published on social media.
