    Founded in 1989, One Delta Plaza Educational Center, Inc. (ODPEC) serves the needs of the local community through targeted programming and community engagement. ODPEC is approved and classified as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization by the Internal Revenue Service. It is the owner and operator of the building at 3333 Old Spanish Trail, Houston, Texas 77021.

    ODPEC uses and leverages its financial resources to educate Greater Houston about its past, present and future and identify opportunities for growth and achievement.

  • Corporate membership dues are $35. There are three convenient ways to send payment:  

    1. QuickPay with Zelle – Go to your bank’s website and securely use Zelle (participating banks only).   While within Zelle, send payment using email  address finance@odpec.org to  process.
