For the PARIS conference Nights of October 26-November 2
Please fill out this form for EACH resident (even when sharing costs) and make a 100 Euros deposit for each.

FIAP Jean Monnet is located at 30 rue Cabanis in the 14th arrondissement

With this form you will be expected to deposit 100 euros. The dollar equivalent on August 29 is $117. A 3% processing fee is added if paying by credit card online. There is no extra fee for paying via Zelle or mailing a check.

All rooms include breakfast. The demi-pension plan includes lunch for about 12 euros more each day.
