Any minor that enters the Duluth Climbing and Fitness Cooperative facility must have an approved minor request form on file.
MINOR POLICY - Read before signing

The Co-op is a place for climbers of all ability levels created with training for the outdoors in mind. We are volunteer run and do not have the capacity to provide adequate supervision to inexperienced climbers under age 18.

Minors are allowed in the Co-op with adult supervision at all times, unless agreed upon otherwise by the board. Please fill out this form if you are requesting an Access Pass for a minor. Parents of minors must be members.

Minors must:
1. Be under signing adult supervision at ALL TIMES, unless agreed upon otherwise by the board
2. Not walk, run, or sit beneath other climbers, nor prevent paying members from climbing or using fitness facilities
3. Follow facility rules as any other member (please review facility rules prior to signing this document)
If you have more than one minor request, please fill out a form for each minor separately.
