Event begins at 9AM on November 29th and ends at 3:00PM.
NO EARLY TEAR DOWN
Booth setup is available 5-7PM on FRI November 28th and 7:30AM SAT Nov 29th
Booths must be completed no later than 9AM on Nov 29th
Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. All booths MUST be paid for to guarentee a space. Due to this being a fundrasing event as well as an indoor event no refunds/no rain checks will be given.
We reserve the right to approve or deny vendor applications.
Once APPROVED you will be sent a link for payment via email.
