    • Education Sessions: Tuesday, May 5 through Friday, May 8
    • Exhibition Hours: Wednesday, May 6 through Friday, May 8.

  • For Booth or Pavilion exhibitors, a minimum down payment of 33% of the value of your contract is due with the contract(s) as per terms & conditions.

  • As an international company, you will be invoiced for the required deposit payment. In accordance with the contract terms & conditions, 33% of the value of the booth space is required within 30 days of application.
