    Thanks for letting us know. We maintain our trailers regularly, but if the lights aren’t working, here are a few things to check:

    • Inspect the trailer plug pins – Look for any damage or dirt.
    • Wiggle the plug – Sometimes, a loose connection can be the issue.
    • Try a different adapter – If using one, swap it with another.
    • Test another trailer – Plug into a different trailer to see if your vehicle plug is working correctly.

    This means the PIN you entered is not valid.

    Double-check your booking to make sure your return time is correct.

    If you extended your hire, a new PIN was sent to you. You must use this new PIN within 6 hours to activate it.

    Lockbox is flashing red and beeping 4 times in a row (and doing this 6 times)?

    This usually means something is stuck in the lock.

    Try this:
    Give the lockbox a few firm taps with the back of your hand, right where the number 5 is on the keypad. This usually clears the jam and lets you open it.
