• Private party reservation

    Subject to date approval, submit a request for your private event at Aplomb. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to give to your guests for free. If you are charging for alcohol, we request that you apply for a one day permit with the State of NH (will be made available). We will have tables and chairs for 24 guests, or we can set them aside to allow for more standing room. We have two handicap accessible bathrooms, a tea cart and water bubbler for use but no kitchen. There are 28 free parking spots behind the building with rear access. We have a portable threshold handicap ramp for the front entrance. Art on the walls will rotate, so feel free to inquire about which show will be on display for your requested date. $125 per hour (3-hour minimum) with $200 deposit required to hold the date upon confirmation of availability.Send any questions to danielle@theaplombproject.org.

  • By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:

    • The remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance will receive a full refund of any paid balance; cancellations within 7–13 days will receive a 50% refund; cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable unless due to emergency or illness, in which case rescheduling or a refund may be arranged at Aplomb’s discretion.
    • The Renter is responsible for the behavior of guests and for leaving the space in reasonable condition.
    • Aplomb is not liable for any injuries, lost or damaged personal property, or accidents during the event.
    • No glitter, confetti, or open flames are permitted except for birthday candles, and guests are expected to treat the space, materials, and artwork with care.
    • If Aplomb must cancel for any unexpected reason, the Renter will receive a full refund of the deposit and as much advance notice as possible.
