Our trip to Lee Vining will take place September 20-24, 2026. Hikes are planned for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with Wednesday open for hikes or other activities. There will be a Potluck Dinner Sunday September 20 at the Lee Vining Community Center and a Catered Dinner on Wednesday September 23, at the June Lake Community Center.

Everyone attending must register in advance and pay a $20 per person non-refundable participation fee to help defray the meeting room rentals, fees and other incidental expenses incurred by the planning committee.

The price of the Wednesday group dinner is $50 per person.

Doors open 4:00 PM Dinner at 5:00PM

Our group dinner will be a buffet:

Smoked Mac & Cheese (no meat)
Short Ribs
Huli Chicken
Fruit Cobble/Whip Cream

Coffee/Decaf/Tea
La Croix/Soda.

$50 per person. No Bar. BYOB
