    Our festival thrives thanks to the passion and dedication of our volunteers. Each role is crucial to bringing our event to life and creating a special experience for our guests. Whether you're looking to showcase your skills or develop new ones, we have a variety of roles to match your interests.

  • Logistics Assistance

    Be the backbone of the festival by assisting with vendor setup and teardown, and ensuring smooth operations for vendor arrivals and departures. This role is perfect for those who are hands-on and love being at the heart of the action.

    Ticket Office

    Join our front-line team at the ticket office and play a crucial role in welcoming guests to the festival. As a ticket office volunteer, you'll manage ticket sales using point-of-sale (POS) systems, apply festival pass bracelets, and guide guests as they start their festival journey. Ideal for individuals who are comfortable working with sales registers and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Activities Coordination

    Assist in organizing and supervising our festival activities, including orientations, general information booths, demonstrations, and children's activities. This role is great for those who enjoy interaction and engagement with attendees.

    Workshop Translation and Assistance

    Support our workshop teachers by helping with setup, materials preparation, and assist with translation throughout the duration of the workshop. Suited for volunteers eager to assist in an educational setting and enhance learning experiences.

    Setup and Teardown Support

    Be part of the team that brings the festival to life from the ground up. You will assist with the physical setup or teardown of the festival’s infrastructure. This role includes helping vendors set up their spaces, assembling and disassembling event equipment, and ensuring that the venue is restored to order after the festival concludes. Ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work and wish to experience the behind-the-scenes dynamics of how this event is crafted and concluded.
