    Please Read Before Completing!

This is the 2025-2026 Affiliation form for the National Association of College and University Residence Halls. If you know nothing about this and would like more information or to schedule an introductory meeting, email nco@nacurh.org or chair@nacurh.org for more information!

This form and payment are due by October 15th, 2025 in order to seamlessly maintain access to NACURH services (OTM database, resource archive, voting rights). After that date, unaffiliated insitutions will have their access removed until they affiliate once again.

Please note: This is the only form to complete for NACURH Affiliation. It covers both RHA and NRHH information, so it is recommended to fill it out with representatives from both organizations. This form must be completed and approved and the affiliation fee paid before affiliation is considered complete.

If you have further questions about the process or have a specific question not covered in the guide, please reach out to the NACURH Corporate Office (NCO) at nco@nacurh.org.

  • Institutional Affiliation Information

  • Contact Information

NCC: The purpose of National Communication Coordinators (NCC) within NACURH is to provide leadership as their institution’s primary contact person, and to serve as a liaison between the campus, regional, and NACURH level. NCCs shall represent and vote on behalf of their campus representative student governing unit in NACURH and regional business meetings.

Advisor: Please put down 1-2 advisors that will be the main advisor contact(s) for your institution. There will be space below to add additional advisors and to specify which advisors are for RHA or NRHH. The NCC and Main Advisor email(s) will be where the Invoice to pay for affiliation will be sent.

  • Campus OTM Administrators: Since OTMs are a service provided to all of NACURH and administered by the NRHH side of regional and NACURH Leadership, every institution regardless of if they host an NRHH chapter or not can (and should!) participate with OTMs! Please provide an institutional contact for OTMs. NRHH Regional and NACURH Leadership will be in contact to support your campus OTM process!

For institutions with an NRHH chapter, include the student or advisor who will complete the monthly OTM process (e.g. Vice President for Recognition, Recognition Chair, OTM Chair, etc.).

For institutions without an NRHH, this could be the NCC, RHA Advisor, or another RHA executive board member who will be the campus contact regarding OTMs.

  • Please note: We recognize that some member insitutions do not call their student housing organizations 'Residence Hall Associations' (RHAs). We use the word 'RHA' and 'RHA President' throughout this form since that is what NACURH policy officially calls all affiliated student housing organizations as well as their representatives.

  • RHA President: The purpose of RHA Presidents within NACURH is to share, and gain, perspectives and ideas for the benefit of their campus representative governing unit through the unique network NACURH provides. RHA Presidents may utilize conferences, or other NACURH resources, as opportunities to engage in collaborative learning and development for themselves and their governing unit.

The RHA President is a NACURH Regional Representative position outlined in NACURH policy (similar to an NCC). Please put down the name of the person who will be serving as the RHA President on the regional/NACURH level.

  • NRHH Representative: The purpose of NRHH Representatives within NACURH is to provide leadership as advocates for their campus NRHH chapter, and to serve as a liaison for NRHH at the campus, regional, and NACURH level. NRHH Representatives shall represent and vote on behalf of their NRHH chapter in NACURH and regional business meetings.

The NRHH Representative is a NACURH Regional Representative position outlined in NACURH policy (similar to an NCC). While it is often the NRHH President, it does not have to be. Please put down the name of the person who will be serving as the NRHH Representative on the regional/NACURH level.

If you have questions regarding NRHH, please contact your regional Associate Director for NRHH at [first 2 letters of region]_adnrhh@nacurh.org or the NACURH Associate for NRHH at nan@nacurh.org.
