This Payment Agreement Form applies to all courses offered at Guardian Tax School except self-study courses. Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your account (card) on the date selected on this form. A $50 late fee applies to overdue payments and failed payments.
You must pay the initial deposit for the course you are registering for. You can make a payment online on our website under the Student Resource Tab; Via zelle to guardiantaxschool@gmail.com; over the phone or in-person at our office.
