PAYMENT AGREEMENT FORM 60-HOUR CTEC

This Payment Agreement Form applies to all courses offered at Guardian Tax School except self-study courses. Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your account (card) on the date selected on this form. A $50 late fee applies to overdue payments and failed payments.

You must pay the initial deposit for the course you are registering for. You can make a payment online on our website under the Student Resource Tab; Via zelle to guardiantaxschool@gmail.com; over the phone or in-person at our office.

Session 1 60-Hour CTEC Live-Instructor Course + Business Entities Workshop (8/10/26-11/23/26 Mondays Online 6pm-8:30pm & Wednesdays In-Person 4pm-7pm) The total Early-bird price is $1,097 if registered by 7/19/26. The minimum deposit is $549 to reserve your seat in this class with a remaining balance of $548 which is due no later than 10/15/26.
Session 2 60-Hour CTEC Live-Instructor Course (9/3/26-11/24/26 Tuesdays Online 6pm-8:30pm & Thursdays In-Person 4pm-7pm) Early-bird price is $597 if registered by 8/10/26. The minimum deposit is $299 to reserve your seat in this class with a remaining balance of $298 which is due no later than 10/15/26.
Business Entities Workshop (11/2/26-11/23/26 Mondays Online 6pm-8:30pm & Wednesdays In-Person 4pm-7pm) Early-bird price is $549 if registered by 10/15/26. The minimum deposit is $275 to reserve your seat in this class with a remaining balance of $274 which is due no later than 11/12/26.
