Terms and Conditions for Placing an Order:
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Policy
All orders must be prepaid in full at the time of booking. We do not accept partial payments or payment upon delivery. All Payments are collected via Zelle, Paypal and/or Apple Pay. Once paid an invoice will be issued as a form of receipt of full payment.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our services, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:
Cancellation made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date:
You are eligible for a 75% refund of the total order cost.
Cancellation made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled service date:
You are eligible for a 25% refund of the total order cost.
Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date:
The full amount is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued.
3. Processing Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
