  • The Triple "C" Bible Camp will host a weekend youth basketball tournament for children ages 9 - 14.

    Dates : September 5, 2026

    Registration must be as a team. Cost for the event is $10 per participant. Minimum of 5 players per team. Teams can be co-ed.

    I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by this organization, during the selected camp/activity. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by this organization. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless this organization. All its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to the said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions or activities.

    In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against the organization. Including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including basketball. Some of these injuries include but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.

    I hereby acknowledge that I am authorized to consent approval for the listed children to participate in any and all activities prepared by this organization, during the selected camp/activity. In exchange for the acceptance of said children's candidacy by this organization, I, the parents/guardians, and the sponsors of the enrolled team, assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Triple "C" Ministries, Inc. and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to the said children arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions or activities.

  • THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE EVENT

    HEAD COACHES are responsible for the behavior of each asst. coach, player and spectator that’s affiliated with your team. Please provide the following Warning to all that are affiliated with your team.

    - No Profanity within the venue

    - No abusive language within the venue

    - No aggressive Behavior or Gestures within venue

    - No smoking or alcohol on the property, whether inside or outside the venue

    - Respect the Officials or be EJECTED from the Venue

    - Spectators are not allowed on the Court during Game Play

    Failing to follow these rules will result in your EJECTION from the Venue. Please stay home if you can’t control yourself.

    THIS IS THE FIRST AND ONLY WARNING
    If, after receiving this warning you verbally abuse any player, coach, game official or spectator, or engage in behavior that is disruptive or interferes with a game participant or another spectator. You will be immediately removed from the venue without refund of any fees paid

    Each individual person is responsible for adhering to the Code of Conduct of Triple "C" Ministries Inc., Triple "C" Bible Camp, and the event participating in. Please be aware of the following Warning to all that are affiliated and participating in this event. Parents must make their child(ren) aware of these policies as well.

    - No Profanity within the venue
