Hair care practices and services vary depending on the client’s unique texture, condition, and desired outcome. Hairstyling is an artistic and professional practice; while I am trained and certified, there is no governing body that regulates how every individual’s hair will respond.

As your stylist, I apply my expertise, training, and personal knowledge with care. Each service is tailored with love and attention — whether it’s a silk press, natural style, color, or treatment — and my mission is always to uplift and beautify.

⏳ Duration & Process
Service duration varies depending on the length, texture, and density of your hair. We will discuss your goals in advance. You may be asked to submit a photo of your natural hair before the appointment for best results.

In some cases, I may recommend that we postpone or cancel your session if I believe it's in your hair’s best interest (for example, if your hair is extremely damaged or if proper prep was not followed). In such cases, your deposit remains non-refundable.

Hair services may include risks. You acknowledge that:

Certain chemicals, tools, or techniques may not work the same for all hair types.
You may experience sensitivity to products, scalp discomfort, or breakage if your hair is compromised.

Final results may vary based on your previous hair history or undisclosed conditions.
Although I use high-quality tools and products, results are not guaranteed. Your honesty and openness are key to ensuring a great outcome.

All personal, contact, and hair history details shared with Meri Luxe Studio_ are strictly confidential and used only to tailor your service safely and professionally. I am committed to your privacy.

 💕 Rights:
You may withdraw or pause your consent at any time.
You may stop the service for any reason, and we will discuss next steps.
I also reserve the right to pause or cancel service if I believe the environment or hair condition is unsafe

💸 Payments & Deposits 

• A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm any booking.
• The full balance must be paid the same day of service — no tomorrow or later.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms listed in this form. I acknowledge and accept the following:

• The information I have provided is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

• I have disclosed any known allergies, scalp sensitivities, previous chemical treatments, or medical conditions that may affect the outcome or safety of the service.

 

• I voluntarily consent to receive hair care and styling services from Meri Luxe Studio, with full understanding that this is a creative and technical process. I recognize that outcomes may vary depending on my unique hair type, texture, previous history, and condition.

 

• I understand that hair care is a journey, and while every effort will be made to achieve the desired look, results are not guaranteed.

 

• I acknowledge and agree to the media release terms, allowing Meri Luxe Studio_ to take and share photos or videos of my hair for promotional or educational purposes unless I have clearly opted out in writing.

 

• I fully accept the payment policy, which includes submitting a non-refundable 20% deposit to secure my appointment and making final payment on the same day of service via e-transfer or direct deposit to merih579@gmail.com.

 

• I understand and agree to the cancellation policy, including fees for late cancellations or rescheduling, and I accept responsibility for informing Meri Luxe Studio_ promptly if changes need to be made.

 

• I accept that I am responsible for my own health and hair condition, and I release Meri Luxe Studio_ from any liability due to reactions, breakage, or unexpected outcomes that result from undisclosed or pre-existing conditions.
