Introduction

The BBFI Mission Office is assessing teaching capacity and interest among our missionary family as part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen missionary training. With many of our missionaries possessing valuable academic credentials and field experience, we are exploring opportunities to better utilize these gifts in preparing the next generation of missionaries.

Your responses will help us understand your qualifications, availability, and interest in potential teaching roles. Even if you don’t have teaching availability in the short-term, we would like to have your information for future consideration. This information will remain confidential and is being used for planning purposes only.

As part of our assessment, we're exploring potential teaching opportunities that would include direct compensation to qualified missionaries. Please note:

• Any teaching compensation would be separate from your regular missionary support
• Such compensation would typically be reported as additional 1099 income
• These teaching opportunities are designed to complement, not replace, your missionary work
• We're evaluating potential structures that would not negatively impact your support raising or tax situation
