Food Safety Pack
The food safety pack must be provided for each confirmed catering operation and the event organisers will forward a copy of this form to Environmental Health Officers responsible for food safety.

There are 3 sections to the form:
1. Food Safety Questionnaire
2. Gas safety checklist
3. Food Safety Management Declaration.
Any evidence you cannot include in the completed form you provide, must be uploaded to this form you are currently completing. Any missing or out of date documentation must be provided before your arrival at the event.

You must upload a completed copy of the document containing all 3 completed sections as part of this application.

Environmental/Ethical Impact Statement
Our aim is to minimise the environmental impact of the event where possible and utilise ethical practices (e.g. issues such as use of green packaging and bags, sourcing free-range/organic products, using local suppliers, promoting healthy eating, sustainable fish supplies etc.)

We are keen to ensure our environmental footprint is as minimal as possible, we uphold ethical practices . Please consider the environmental impact of your travel to the Festival and use the minimum number of vehicles possible to travel to the Festival by vehicle sharing. If you have the option please also use the most sustainable form where possible.

As per the event terms and conditions, any applications missing this statement will not be considered.
