🚀 Mission for Technical Automation & AI Systems Specialist

To build efficient, scalable automations and systems to reduce manual work, save time, and improve operations by following the Head of Operations' strategic direction, while proactively identifying technical improvements.

Reduction of time in internal operations' tasks

Reduction of manual tasks in our processes.

Number of new automation and AI systems (or a combination of both) that are fully integrated into daily operations.

AI-powered systems and automations reliability and success rate

Percentage of runs completed without failure or manual intervention after deployment.

Decrease in operational costs attributed to automation and AI implementation.

📋 Responsibilities

Follow strategic directions to implement efficient automations and AI for internal operations

Take input from the Head of Operations and implement the strategic direction into actionable AI-powered systems and automations to achieve the desired results.

Build AI-powered automations by combining tools like OpenAI with Make/N8N to create smarter workflows that go beyond basic logic.

Build clean and reliable automations using Make, N8N, Zapier that cut down manual work and help the team get more done with less effort.

Generate weekly automation/AI impact reports (time saved, errors reduced, adoption rates).

Troubleshoot and optimize Google Sheets (advanced formulas, formatting)

Create and document SOPs or trainings to showcase new tools or systems.

Design and implement advanced AI systems using the latest tech like AI agents or Agent Swarms.

Use tools like OpenAI, Google Scripts and AI coding tools like Cursor AI, Lovable (when needed) to create smart systems that actually work and save time.

Improve existing systems

Continuously monitor and enhance existing automations for better performance and cost-efficiency.
Actively research and identify new tools, platforms or technical solutions that can improve current processes.

Centralize our workflows and Client handling inside of ClickUp

Create replicable templates of the optimized processes for our clients.

Troubleshoot automations and systems when needed

Fix things fast when they break, monitor existing automations so they run without issues, and make sure nothing gets stuck.

Keep all automations clearly documented in ClickUp, it should be easy for someone else to understand what’s happening

Provide support to the team as needed to fix or improve client-related automation issues, when they fail or don't work properly.

This will be for you if…

At least 1 year of experience in an automation-related role.

You are an expert at using Make, N8N and integrating AI tools like OpenAI and Claude into workflows.

You learn fast and know how to use

ClickUp as project management tool

AI-powered Software Development tools such as Cursor AI, Lovable, etc.

You’re comfortable writing or editing code when needed.

You have native-level English skills in both writing and speaking

You live in or close to the European Time Zone.

You’re looking for a long-term home in a position that you can focus on fully, instead of being a freelancer with many different clients.
