Fair and Rodeo Dates:
Thursday, April 9 - Sunday, April 19, 2026
Move-in:
Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, all vehicles must be off grounds by 3:00pm. Set-up must be completly done by 4:00pm on Thursday, April 3, all vehicles must be off grounds by 4:00pm.
Tear-down and Move-out:
Not before 12:01am on Monday, April 20 and must be completely off grouns by 4:00pm on Monday, April 20.
Commerical Exhibit Application Deadline:
Monday, December 8, 2025 by 5:00pm
Electricity:
**ONE 110V plug is included with each booth** For trailer exhibit electrical needs and any additional electricity needed, it must be purchased by the Exhibitor thru 3 Phase Rentals by Monday, March 9, 2026 by 5:00pm. (Order form will be sent with contract once approved by the MCFA)
IMPORTANT:
If your application is accepted/approved, an email of confirmation, Contract and Lease Agreement, insurance information, and Indemnity Form will be sent to you by Tuesday, December 16 at 5:00pm. Once you are approved, the executed contract, proof of insurance, release of liability and indemnity agreement, and full payment MUST be submitted to the Fair Office by Friday, January 16 at 5:00pm. Payment WILL NOT be accepted with your application, NO EXCEPTIONS.
By completing this application, I understand that I will be required to provide proof of insurance listing the Montgomery County Fair Association as additional insured if selected to participate
