Scholarship Requirements

1. Eligibility:
- Must meet academic standards set by the program (GPA of 2.5 or higher).
- Justify financial need.
- Must meet age eligibility requirements (7-14 as of July 31, 2025).
2. Commitment
- Attend all practices, games, and designated league activities unless excused for a valid reason.
- Contribute 25 volunteer hours total as a family before the end of the season (practices, games, fundraisers, or other league activities).
- Must participate in the Huntington Beach Chargers program for the full season.
Expectations of Scholarship Recipients
- Maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher throughout the scholarship period.
- Demonstrate leadership and sportsmanship on and off the field.
- Participate positively in all team activities.
