IRF Accelerate Application

The Incentive Research Foundation's Accelerate program is designed to develop mid-level Incentive professionals (primarily Manager level) through a year-long program for rising leaders. The program includes mentorship, service on an IRF committee, networking opportunities, and senior level volunteer opportunities.
PLEASE NOTE: Individuals who are Director level or above, or already qualify to attend the Invitational as a buyer or supplier are overqualified for the Accelerate program. To become involved with the IRF, please consider applying to join a committee by completing the committee interest form.

The IRF is considering an in-person onboarding session in Boston, February 1 - 3, 2026. Please indicate your ability to attend this session if it is held.

Accelerate applicants are expected to attend the Annual Invitational scheduled for May 26 - 29, 2026 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Please indicate your ability to attend and fully participate in all Invitational education sessions, evening events, and general sessions.
