By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
Terms of Agreement
- The Client agrees to host yoga and/or mindfulness sessions provided by Golden Mat Yoga LLC (“Instructor”) for employees, attendees, or community participants.
- The Instructor will lead general wellness classes that may include physical movement, breathwork, and meditation.
- The Client acknowledges that participation is voluntary and will not be mandated.
- The Client is responsible for the location, safety of the event space, and communication with attendees.
- Golden Mat Yoga LLC will provide a qualified instructor and any agreed-upon props or instruction.
Waiver of Liability
- The Client acknowledges that participation in yoga carries inherent physical risks.
- The Instructor does not provide medical advice, supervision, or evaluations.
- Participants are expected to modify as needed and listen to their bodies throughout the class.
- The Client agrees to release and hold harmless Golden Mat Yoga LLC, its instructors, and affiliates from all liability related to injury or damages arising from participant involvement in the yoga sessions.
Media Consent
- Photos and/or videos may be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purposes by Golden Mat Yoga LLC and its event partners, including the Client.
- By signing this agreement, the Client confirms that appropriate permissions have been obtained, or will notify the Instructor in advance if photos are not permitted.
