ENTRY AGREEMENT: Under Minnesota Law, a livestock activity sponsor is not liable for injury to or the death of a participant in livestock activity resulting from the inherent risk of livestock activities. MN 804A.12. In consideration for my participation in this
competition, I agree to the following: I am fully aware that horses and horse sports involve inherent risk of accident, including broken bones, head injury, trauma, suffering or death (harm). I agree to indemnify WCAS, Nancy Porter LLC and Northern Lights Dressage Shows and to hold them harmless in respect to any claims for harm caused by me or my horse at the competition.
Northern Lights Dressage will be using professional photos from events for promotional purposes.
