Thank you for your interest in IRF Committee work! In order to ensure a valuable experience for all volunteers, volunteer committee member terms are for one-year (January 1 - December 31). Those completing this form can expect to be communicated with in early December 2025 regarding opportunities for the coming year.

While we would love to place everyone on a committee, due to the volume of applicants, we are not always able to accommodate everyone. We appreciate your understanding.

Applications for 2026 Committees must be submitted no later than November 17, 2025.

NOTE: Current committee members who wish to serve again must complete this form.
Committee Member Policy

Every committee member is expected to actively participate in all committee meetings. If a member is absent from three consecutive committee meetings, they will be removed from the committee and cannot apply the following year.

Committee members are expected to adhere to The IRF’s ethical and behavioral guidelines. Committee members will immediately removed from a committee and unable to serve in the future if the guidelines are not met. Guidelines include:

- I will treat all members of the IRF community including staff, trustees, committee members and event attendees with respect and in a professional manner.

- I will maintain the confidentiality of any committee discussions or communications.

- I will not engage in any discriminatory or harassing behavior during any IRF event. If I observe any discriminatory ro harassing behavior I will report it to the IRF Chair and President.

- I will actively work to fulfill my role on a committee, attending meetings and actively speaking up to share ideas and insight.
