NB: The following documents are required by law and must be submitted in full before we can proceed with any sale or rental of property. These requirements ensure compliance with the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) and support proper due diligence in real estate transactions:
- Completed Customer Information Form (for all property owners)
  Photo Identification for each owner (Driver’s Licence, Passport, or National ID)
- Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) (unless a valid Jamaican Driver’s Licence is provided)
- Proof of Address for each owner (Utility Bill, Bank or Credit Card Statement, or a letter from a Justice of the Peace)
- A Copy of the Property Title
- Power of Attorney or Notarised Letter (if the application is being submitted on behalf of a property owner)
