Birthday Party Bounce House Rental Agreement -This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sun City Sawdust (“Company”) and the undersigned party host (“Renter”) for the use of a bounce house as an add-on to a scheduled birthday party.

Availability - **Bounce house rentals are available Saturdays and Sundays only. **Rentals are weather permitting. In the event of unsafe conditions (including but not limited to rain, high winds, or extreme heat), the Company reserves the right to cancel the bounce house portion of the rental for safety reasons. If canceled, no fee will be charged for the bounce house add-on.Use of Equipment - **The bounce house may be used only during the scheduled party time. **Renter is responsible for ensuring that participants use the bounce house in a safe manner and comply with posted rules. **The bounce house is to be used only by children under appropriate age and weight limits as provided by the Company.Liability & Assumption of Risk - ** The Renter acknowledges and agrees that the use of a bounce house involves inherent risks, including the risk of accident, injury, or other harm. ** The Company, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to participants, guests, or personal property during the use of the bounce house. **By signing this Agreement, the Renter and all guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the bounce house.Indemnification - **The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, demands, actions, or damages, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the use of the bounce house.Supervision - **The Renter is responsible for supervising the bounce house at all times. **At least one responsible adult must monitor participants while the bounce house is in use.Bounce House Rules & Safety Guidelines - **Maximum Weight Limit: 594 lbs total **Age Requirement: 3 years and older **No Food or Drinks inside the bounce house **Shoes Must Be Removed before entering **No Wrestling, Rough Play, or Throwing allowed **Adult supervision is required at all times. **Failure to follow these rules may result in injury or removal from the bounce house.
