New PMO / Event Application Form

An organization applying for Official Fiesta® Participating Member Organization (PMO) status must submit a New PMO / Event Application Form by September 1, at least one fiscal year prior to review by the Fiesta Accreditation and Compliance Committee, and must maintain its Non-Profit Membership until PMO status is confirmed.
Due Date: September 1, 2025.
