By purchasing this parking pass, you (“Attendee”) agree to the following terms:
This pass grants one (1) vehicle entry into the designated Show Vehicle Parking Area at the RedRunner Summer Off-Road Show on August 16, 2025, at 1555 Simi Town Center Way, Simi Valley, CA.
Show Car entry is limited to registered vehicles only. Vehicles must meet the display criteria and be approved by RedRunner Designs if required.
Parking spaces are first-come, first-served within the show layout unless otherwise assigned by event staff.
The designated roll-in period is 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM. All pre-registered vehicles will be guaranteed a spot until atleast 12:00 PM. We ask that you remain parked until the winners are announced at 3:45 PM. Early departures will be allowed only with express approval for safety reasons.
All drivers must comply with traffic flow instructions and event staff directions during arrival and departure.
Excessive revving, honking, burnouts, or any form of reckless behavior will not be tolerated. RedRunner Designs reserves the right to remove any attendee or vehicle in violation of this policy without refund.
This pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
RedRunner Designs and the venue are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss to vehicles or personal property during the event.
Unsafe behavior or failure to comply with staff instructions will result in removal from the event without refund.
