Renters Release & Waiver of Liability
This agreement is entered, between Grind Basketball – Grind HQ and the undersigned renter, who is reserving the facility. By signing this agreement, the renter acknowledges full responsibility for the use of the premises and any equipment during the rental period. The renter agrees to use the property responsibly and accepts liability for any damages caused by improper use, negligence, or intentional misconduct. This includes all repair or replacement costs incurred due to damage resulting from their actions.
In the event of any property or equipment damage during the rental, the renter must promptly inform the Facility Owner, Morgan Aiken, providing all relevant details. The owner reserves the right to assess damages and determine the appropriate course of action, including repair or replacement at the renter’s expense. The renter further acknowledges that this agreement does not apply to damages caused by normal wear and tear or natural weather conditions.
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Grind Basketball – Grind HQ, its owner, and staff from any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the facility. Any disputes related to this agreement or the condition of the facility will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and the terms set forth herein.
By signing below, the renter confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the conditions of this waiver and accept full responsibility during their use of the Grind HQ facility.
