DATE FROM 27th to 29th JUNE 2025 The festival kicks off on the Friday the 25th June we ask all crew to arrive the night before to set up camp and have an induction meeting Volunteers are requested to do 16 hour of work in return for 3 days (silver) festival pass

VOLUNTEER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. I agree to turn up to my rostered shift 15 minutes early so I am on time, and to advise the POH staff well in advance if my availability for rostered shift changes. 2. I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of my team leader. 3. I agree to turn up to my rostered shift 15 minuets early before my scheduled shift so as to be informed of the particulars of my role and venue. 4. I will not turn up to a rostered shift under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 5. I agree to advise POH staff if I am unable or uncomfortable to complete tasks that have been assigned to. We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible. 6. I agree to inform my supervisor immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities. 7. As a member of the POH team I will do my best to provide correct information and positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival. 8. I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with POH staff and comply with any safety procedures as requested. 9. I understand if I am unable to complete my allocated shifts, I may be asked to return my wristband. 10. I understand that I am volunteering my services to POH and will not receive any remuneration for my services
