    To ensure a smooth and transparent planning process, here is how payments will be coordinated:

    • Complete this form with your preferences and selections.
    • Read Service Agreement Carefully
    • I will contact trusted vendors to gather quotes and availability based on your needs.
    • You will receive a Preliminary Party Estimate outlining your chosen planning package, food, cake, entertainment, decor, and add-ons.
    • You will review and approve the estimate.
    • I will then send a final invoice with clear payment instructions and deadlines.
    • Vendors are only booked once payment is received to protect both parties and ensure reliable service.
    • Upon payment, I will confirm all vendor services and finalize event details.


    This process keeps everything organized, ensures vendors are paid on time, and protects your investment.
