  • MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS
    Extensions must be taken out and moved back up every 6-8 weeks. NO exceptions.
    A shampoo and blowdry is included in our move up appointments.

    K-Tip extensions are the most seamless and long-lasting method I offer. They can last up to 4 to 5 months, sometimes 6 if (and this is a big IF) they are taken care of immaculately. This means treating your hair like it cost what it did… because it did.

  • DEPOSIT POLICY
    To reserve your extension appointment and begin the custom ordering process, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your chosen package and secures both your hair and installation date.

    💳 Deposit: $500

    Deposits are non-refundable.

    The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment unless a payment plan has been pre-arranged.

  • SALON POLICIES
    CANCELATION/RESCHEDULE:
    Every client is required to have a card on file. This card will not be charged unless improper time has been given for cancelations/reschedules. If you choose to cancel and/or reschedule your new install appointment within 1 week, or a move up appointment within 72 hours of your scheduled service, you will be charged up to 50% of the appointment total.

    Services canceled/reschedules within 24 hours will be charged up to 100% of your appointment total. Your card that is on file will automatically be charged & any deposits paid will not be refunded.
    LATE: If you are more than 20 min late to your appointment, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment time and your appointment will be canceled. Your card on file will be charged 100% of your scheduled service & any deposits paid will not be refunded.
    NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you choose to no call/no show any scheduled service, you will be restricted from scheduling any future appointments and be charged 100% of your scheduled services. Your card on file will be automatically charged & any deposits paid will not be refunded.
    DEPOSIT: Once you commit to your appointment and put your deposit down, that deposit is NON REFUNDABLE with absolutely NO exceptions.
