  • Join us at We Rock the Spectrum - Cibolo Canyons for an exciting Mommy's Day Out program tailored for children ages 3-8.  Our program consists of three sessions each day; Monday through Friday, Session 1 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Session 2 from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM, and Session 3 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  WRTS - Cibolo Canyons is offering a safe and engaging environment for children to unwind, socialize, and play.


    Program Highlights:


    1.   Safe and Supervised Environment: Our facility is designed to provide a safe, sensory-friendly space where children can explore and play under the supervision of trained staff.
    2.   Structured Activities: Each day we offer a variety of structured activities that promote physical activity, creativity, and social interaction. At WRTS there is something for every child to enjoy:  Arts & Crafts, sensory play, and gross motor skill activities.
    3.   Snack Time: A designated snack time is provided each session to keep children energized and nourished (Due to potential allergy issues please bring snacks for your child to enjoy.)
    4.   Free Play: After structured activities; children will have the opportunity for free play, where they can choose activities that interest them most, whether it's climbing, swinging, or imaginative play in our gym area.
    5.   Flexibility and Convenience:
     Our program runs Monday through Friday. You can choose the days and the sessions that work best for your plans.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    No refunds unless the program is cancelled by WRTS.  If the program is cancelled by WRTS, any prepaid fees will be refunded.

     

    Late Policy:

    Parent agrees that drop time is no earlier than 5 minutes before session start and pick up time is no later than 5 minutes after session ends. A late fee of $10.00, for every 10 minutes past pick up time, will be charged after 12:00PM, 3:00PM and 6:00 PM respectively.

  • Sessions are available Monday through Friday:

    Session 1: 9:00AM - 12:00PM

    Session 2: 12:00PM - 3:00PM

    Session 3: 3:00PM - 6:00PM

    Late pick up time available if arranged in advance - fee applies.

    The following rates apply if two children

     registered and prepaid for a session. 

    Rate per child per day:

    One session - $45.00

    Two sessions - $80.00

    Three sessions - $110.00

     

    The following rates apply if a SINGLE child is registered and prepaid for a session.

    Rate per child per day: 

    One session - $65.00

    Two sessions - $120.00

    Three sessions - $170.00

     

     

     

     

  • Registration & Payment Details:

    Please register at least 5 days in advance of first desired date.

    Fees must be paid in advance.

    Drop-in registration will be considered if space is available.

    Must allow copy of driver's license of each person who may pick up child.

    Must allow photo of child for our records; to be used by WRTS staff only.

    Please call and pay by phone or visit us.

    Our Kid's gym is open daily from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

  • Notes:
    Please bring snacks/lunch and water bottle. Food is not provided by WRTS.

    All children must be fully potty trained to participate in the program.

    Please note if your child has a fever, or other signs of illness please refrain from bringing the child to the program.                           

    Please make sure all of your child's belongings are clearly labeled with their full name.

    Experienced staff will determine if your child requires 1:1 support.  Fees for 1:1 support are $35.00 per hour. 

    Please note, that submitting this form does not guarantee a spot to join our program, or any obligation to enroll. We will reach out to you after the form has been received.

  • Introduction:

    Welcome to We Rock The Spectrum - Cibolo Canyons! We are dedicated to providing a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for all particpants. This manual outlines our behavior expectations, hygiene procedures, and disciplinary actions to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.


    Behavior Policy:


    Respect: Treat program staff, fellow participants, and gym property with kindness and respect. Bullying, teasing, or any form of physical or verbal aggression is strictly prohibited.


    Listening and Cooperation: Listen attentively to program staff and follow their instructions promptly. Participate in program activities with enthusiasm and cooperate with fellow participants.


    Sharing and Consideration: Share toys, games, and resources with others, and take turns during group activities. Show consideration for others' feelings and belongings.


    Safety Awareness: Follow safety rules and guidelines provided by program staff during activities. Walk instead of run, use equipment properly, and refrain from climbing on furniture or structures.


    Cleanliness and Tidiness: Keep personal belongings organized and tidy. Dispose of trash in designated bins, clean up spills promptly, and contribute to maintaining a clean environment.

    Hygiene Procedures:


    Hand Washing: Wash hands with soap and water before and after meals, after using the restroom, and after messy activities. Encourage thorough handwashing for at least 20 seconds.


    Covering Coughs and Sneezes: Use a tissue or elbow to cover coughs and sneezes, and dispose of tissues properly. Remind participants to avoid touching their faces with unwashed hands.


    Personal Items: Encourage participants to avoid sharing personal items such as water bottles, utensils, or hats to prevent the spread of germs.


    Restroom Etiquette: Use the restroom facilities appropriately and wash hands thoroughly afterward. Report any restroom cleanliness issues to program staff for prompt attention.


    Food Safety: Follow food safety guidelines during snack and meal times. Avoid sharing food with other participants and notify program staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.


    Disciplinary Actions:


    Verbal Warning: Participants will receive a verbal warning for minor infractions of behavior or hygiene policies. Program staff will provide guidance on appropriate behavior and offer the participant a chance to correct their actions.


    Time-Out: Continued disruptive behavior may result in a time-out period where the participant is temporarily removed from the group activity. During this time, the participant will have the opportunity to reflect on their actions.


    Parent Notification: If behavior issues persist despite verbal warnings and time-outs, program staff will notify the participant's parents or guardians to discuss the situation and collaborate on a resolution plan.


    Dismissal from program: In severe cases of repeated misconduct or safety concerns, participants may be dismissed from the program. This decision will be made in consultation with program management and communicated to the participant's parents or guardians.


    Conclusion:

    By adhering to our behavior policy, hygiene procedures, and disciplinary actions, we aim to create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment where children can learn, grow, and make lasting memories during our Mommy's Day Out Program. We appreciate the cooperation of the children and their families in upholding these standards for the well-being of all participants.
     

    We try to accommodate all children, we reserve the right to ask you to pick up your child if their behaviors are violent towards other children or staff.

  •                      Acknowledgment, Authorization, and Waiver

     

    This child has my authorization to engage in the activities of the We Rock The Spectrum - Cibolo Canyons  program.

    I allow taking photographs of this child that can be used for We Rock The Spectrum - Cibolo Canyons portfolio or advertising.

    I authorized We Rock The Spectrum - Cibolo Canyons to apply judgment in regards to medical assistance in the event of an accident, injury, or illness if they are unable to contact the parent/guardian. I allow them to apply first aid, medical or surgical diagnosis and treatment as necessary.

    I relase We Rock The Spectrum - Cibolo Canyons and any of its coaches, staff, and managers for any responsibility in case of accident, illness, or injury during the camper's enrollment.
