I’m currently working on a personal project about near-death experiences (NDEs) and out-of-body experiences (OBEs)—experiences that have fascinated me deeply and that I believe hold a lot of wisdom, healing, and mystery. Whether your experience was peaceful, confusing, transformative, or hard to put into words, I want you to know that your story matters. This questionnaire is a safe and open space to share whatever you feel comfortable sharing—no judgment, no pressure. I’m collecting these experiences to learn, reflect, and possibly share with others in the future through storytelling or creative projects. If your story is ever shared, it will always be with deep care and respect, and identifying details will never be revealed without your permission.
