This scholarship is to be paid directly to the recreation department - this is not to be paid in any way to the family. THIS IS A NEED BASED SCHOLARSHIP for children who qualify for free or reduced lunch. This is for ANY recreational organized sport and does not include travel teams, competitive teams, etc. This is for city league sport teams only.
