Miss Trans Star International™ 2026 - Official Rules and Regulations
The information following sets forth the official objectives, rules of eligibility, methods of entry, and conditions governing participation in Miss Trans Star International™ 2026 (“the Contest”). By submitting an application, the applicant agrees to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Objectives
Miss Trans Star International™ is recognized as one of the world’s most prestigious international beauty pageants exclusively for transgender women, bringing together delegates from all continents. Established to promote global visibility, acceptance, and empowerment for transgender women, the objectives of Miss Trans Star International™ are:
- To create and uphold a positive image of the LGBTQ+ community worldwide.
- To promote human rights, equality, dignity, and global awareness of diversity.
- To provide an international platform for transgender women to serve as ambassadors for inclusion, culture, and representation.
2. Method of Entry
To be considered for participation, an applicant must submit a completed Miss Trans Star International™ 2026 Application Form and provide the following documentation for pre-screening by the Organization:
- One (1) headshot photograph and one (1) full-body photograph, taken against a plain white background with adequate lighting.
- Copy of a valid passport clearly stating nationality, citizenship, and gender.
Application Fee:
- Each applicant must pay an application fee of USD $750 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars), to be received within 5 business days after acknowledgement of receipt of the candidate’s application.
- Proof of payment must be emailed to jack@ariannas-center.org within 5 business days after payment.
- Any domestic or international bank transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the Entrant.
- Any shortfall due to exchange rate differences or transfer deductions must be settled in cash (USD) at registration.
Refund Policy:
- Application fees are non-refundable for applicants who pass pre-screening.
- Applicants who do not pass pre-screening will be refunded 90% of the application fee (a 10% administrative fee will be deducted). Refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification.
- The Organization’s decision regarding eligibility and refunds shall be final and binding.
3. Rules of Eligibility
Each Contestant must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be assigned male at birth.
- Must be a pre-operative, post-operative, or non-operative transgender woman.
- Contestants must demonstrate a bona fide connection to the country they wish to represent. Acceptable proof may include legal citizenship, a valid passport, verified ethnic heritage, or substantial cultural or familial ties to that nation
- Must be of good moral character, and possess beauty, poise, personality, and stage presence.
- Must never have previously won Miss Trans Star International™.
- Must not have any personal, professional, or criminal history likely to bring the Contest, its Promoter(s), or associated partners into disrepute.
- The Organization reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant found to be in breach of these rules. Prizes or awards granted to an ineligible Contestant will be reclaimed and nullified at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
4. Conditions of Entry
By entering, each Contestant agrees to the following:
Participation in Activities
Contestant must participate in all official Miss Trans Star International™ activities, rehearsals, interviews, appearances, and promotional events. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all rights, prizes, and titles.
Insurance
Contestant must obtain valid medical and accident insurance, including COVID-19 coverage, for the full duration of their stay in Puerto Rico. Proof of insurance and vaccination certificates must be presented upon arrival.
Travel Arrangements
Contestant is solely responsible for securing round-trip airfare to and from Puerto Rico. Tickets must be flexible to allow changes.
Wardrobe Requirements* (These are subject to change)
Each Contestant shall prepare the following:
National Costume (extravagant design, any color)
Swimsuit (color to be assigned by the Organization)
Evening Gown (any color)
Cocktail Dresses (3-5 pieces, any color)
Casual Black Pants (2–3 pieces)
Casual White Pants (2-3 pieces)
Casual Dark-Blue Jeans (3–5 pieces)
Winner Obligations
The winner must:
Return to Puerto Rico 5 days prior to the end of her reign for duties, including the official handover of the crown.
Appear at designated official events such as press conferences, charitable appearances, and Miss Trans Star International™-affiliated competitions.
Travel internationally as required by the Organization.
Fulfill all ambassadorial and contractual obligations without exception.
Note: Visa, accommodation, meals, and domestic travel will be provided to the winner during official appearances.
Prize Distribution
The Winning Cash Prize shall be disbursed in two installments:
50% on the Final Night.
50% at the end of the reigning year.
Crown & Title
The official Miss Trans Star International™ crown remains the property of the Organization and shall be used for annual ceremonies. A commemorative rhinestone crown shall be awarded to the winner at the end of her reign.
Succession of Title
If the winner fails to fulfill her duties, the First Runner-Up shall assume the title and all associated obligations.
Publicity & Media Rights
By entering the Contest, each Contestant grants the Promoter perpetual worldwide rights to use her name, image, likeness, photographs, and videos for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Final Authority
All decisions of the judges and the Organization are final, binding, and not subject to appeal or correspondence.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico. By submitting an application, Contestant expressly agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts in relation to any disputes arising from this Agreement.
