Eligibility
- Breeder must be a financial member of Speckle Park International.
- Only one heifer submission per member is allowed.
Heifer Requirements
Heifer must be of breeding quality, including the following assurances:
- Demonstrably sound, well-grown, and in good condition
- Veterinary soundness checked with an internal examination of reproductive organs and PTIC status (if applicable)
- Registered with Speckle Park International
- Minimum age: 15 months at time of draw
- Breeders must confirm on entry submission that the heifer meets the above requirements and provide the necessary veterinary certificates.
- SPI reserves the right to remove a nominated heifer from the pool if it is deemed unsuitable or if the required documentation is not provided.
Submission Requirements
Expression of Interest to be submitted via SPI’s official JotForm link and must include:
- Pedigree and registration information
- Date of birth
- Vaccination status
- At least one high-resolution side-profile photo (minimum 1080p)
- Short video clip of the heifer (showing movement and temperament)
Payment Terms to Breeder
The breeder must provide the following documentation before the heifer leaves their possession:
- A completed and signed transfer form
- A veterinary soundness check report as outlined in the Heifer Requirements
Once all documentation has been received and approved by SPI, payment of $4,500 will be made to the breeder.
Breeders may choose to donate part or all of their payment back to SPI as a sponsorship contribution towards the 2025 Ekka Speckle Park exhibit. This is entirely optional and will be acknowledged accordingly by SPI.
Liability Disclaimer
Speckle Park International assumes no liability for any issues arising from the heifer after selection, including health, fertility, temperament, or transport complications.
Media Usage Policy
- All submitted photos and videos may be used in SPI's official promotions related to the raffle.
- Submissions not meeting the media standards (clear, high-resolution, well-posed) may be excluded from promotional use.
- SPI reserves final discretion on which heifer profiles are featured.
