*Weekend Availability Note
We are a small facility, and weekends are our busiest time. To ensure a positive experience for all members, party availability is limited and scheduled around peak usage. Saturday & Sunday mornings offer early access before peak hours.

Pool Party Pricing

Monday – Thursday

5–10 guests: $50
11–20 guests: $100
21–40 guests: $200

Friday, Saturday & Sunday

5–10 guests: $75
11–20 guests: $125
21–40 guests: $250

Guest count includes all attendees (swimmers and non-swimmers).

All Event Guest Policy
- Final guest count should be provided at least 72 hours before event
- Additional guests may be permitted at staff’s discretion based on capacity
- If approved, additional guests will be charged $10 per person
- Capacity limits are strictly enforced for safety (swimmers and non-swimmers)

Renter must be present for the entirety of the rental time period and cannot leave guests.Renter and renter’s guests must follow posted pool rules. Any person who does not follow these rules or follow directives of The Creek staff, will be asked to leave the property.Pool attendants will take a 10-minute break each hour of the pool being open. This break will be adult swim only.Any damages will be the responsibility of the renter. The responsible party must clean up debri/spilled food and remove all items brought with them.No outside alcohol can be consumed on club premises.No underage consumption of alcohol.

Cancellations must be made at least three days in advance. Failure to cancel at least 72 hours prior to scheduled event will result in a forfeiture of the rental fee.Reservations canceled due to weather or closure of the pool prior to the start of the rental period will receive a refund and/or priority rebooking.No refund or partial refund will be given if the number of attendees falls short of the reserved number.No refund will be given in the case of a pool closure due to the actions of the renter and/or renter’s guests.
