THIS FREE PROGRAM IS A 6 MONTH WORKSHOP AND WILL REQUIRE YOU TO PUT IN UP TO 4 HOURS OF TIME EACH MONTH TO READ MATERIALS PROVIDED, TO COMPLETE HOMEWORK AND EXERCISES AND ATTEND A 1 HOUR ZOOM MEETING.
