  • Understanding the Simplicity of your CRM's Operating System

  • Tags

Tagging separates your Contacts by your defined segment types to assign them to your matching automation channel. Your automation channels are your customized series of actions, alerts, and communications to manage the contact's pathway through your nurture pipeline, from Lead to Active to Post Transaction and beyond. Tags can be used without linking them to Automations to manually sort and filter Contacts in search groups.
  • The Other Side of the CRM Brain - Automated Workflows

Step 4 - Now it's time to focus on nurturing your Contacts to maximize the value of your database. With automation, there's no 'out of sight, out of mind' and nothing falls through the cracks. Your workflows are customized to suit the way you do business. You choose how to categorize your contacts and how you want to manage those segmented groups
  • Image-110
  • You choose the type and number of automations in your contact management channel.

NOTE: This type of automation is driven by action triggers based on your scheduling.

The alternative is automation dynamically driven by actions and events. For example, your virtual AI Agent is programmed to respond to a submission of a web form with an automated email response to the sender.

Here is a sample of a simplified Workflow Automation as an example:

  • Tagging fields are automatically included and mandatory to facilitate contact management automations.

You can adjust a contact's Workflow at any stage (i.e., transition a ‘COLD’ to ‘WARM’ status).

You can also switch a workflow to manage it as an event in Calendar mode (or copy a scheduled event in the workflow to the Calendar).

First, you choose Tag labels that work for you.

Following is the list of default system Tags, but you're free to mix-and-match, change, or substitute custom labels.
