You will need Westfield YMCA Basic Chess Program or normal YMCA membership to come to the tournament. The fee for the YMCA basic chess program is $45 for one year ($10 more to include one parent). This is part of YMCA's effort to reduce the lines of players waiting to getting inside the building and make it safer for all players. If registered players forfeit, then prize decreases proportionally in affected sections

Registration

Early registration closes at 5PM Friday. Late registration closes at 7PM Saturday, late fees apply. No on-site registration. No refund or credit shall be provided unless sickness with doctor's note. Withdrawals need to be made before 8PM the Saturday before the tournament to avoid $20 forfeits/no-shows fee for the next Westfield Chess Club tournament. The higher of published and unpublished ratings is used for pairings.
