To ensure a successful balloon installation, we kindly ask for your approval to use command hooks, painter's tape, and/or gaffers tape. These materials are safe for most surfaces when removed properly. If approval is not given, we will be unable to proceed with the installation.

Decor Equipment – All reusable equipment remains the property of Mama Guz Balloons. In the event that any equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen, the client agrees to cover the repair or replacement costs. Depending on the décor, Mama Guz Balloons may use temporary equipment to create custom decor items, which the client may keep. The client will be notified in advance if any custom pieces are meant to be kept or will need to be retrieved after the event.

Last-Minute Changes: We understand that unexpected situations may arise that could affect the location, time, or theme of your event. However, please be aware that due to other scheduled events, we may not be able to accommodate these changes. To ensure everything is prepared on time, we order materials well in advance, often weeks or months prior to your event. Any modifications to the theme, colors, or other details will result in additional costs, including last-minute shipping fees, which will be the client’s responsibility. To ensure a smooth planning process, please notify us of any changes at least one week before your event. To agree to these terms, please type your full name below:

Deposit and Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Once the deposit is received, your date is officially locked in, and we begin securing the necessary supplies for your custom decor. Just like other tailored services (such as florists or custom cakes), each of our creations is uniquely designed for your event. By reserving your date, you are also helping ensure our availability, as we may have declined other events to prioritize yours. Please note that once an invoice is sent, it is valid for only 24 hours. If the deposit is not made within that time frame, the invoice will automatically expire. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

We take great pride in using high-quality balloons, but environmental factors may affect their performance. While we will make every effort to modify the setup to minimize the impact of external elements, we cannot guarantee the condition of the decor once it leaves our care. Outdoor Installations: Balloons are sensitive to heat, so we recommend setting up in shaded areas for outdoor events. However, we cannot guarantee that the balloons will remain intact in outdoor conditions. Indoor setups are the best option for longevity and stability, and we encourage you to consider this when booking your event.
